Copyright is defined as the exclusive right of
a creator to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute,
perform, display, sell, lend or rent their creations. The artwork
is owned and copyrighted by the artist.
The license fee paid for use of graphics does not constitute ownership, as the copyrights
remain with the original owner. The license fee does, however,
allow the purchaser of the license use of the graphics as
follows: "single application" is defined as one web site
(whether commercial, educational, or organizational), or a single
individual's own personal website(s). The licensee may alter
the licensed graphics to include site-specific information, such
as adding lettering to headers and/or buttons. The licensee may
not alter the licensed graphics aesthetically.

template purchased by a webmaster for the sole purpose of
building a client web and transferring the license is
allowed, see below:
